2014 In Review

As 2014 comes to a close, it's time for me to start writing again - something that I have not done much of ever since Xanga decided to revamp itself, leading to the demise of my old blog.  Fear not though as I still have the archives that I can bring over once I figure that out.  Since however I have not blogged at all this year, yet a lot happened, I figured it is time to start writing the highlights that happened in chronological order.  This will be tough since I have no blog entries to go by so I will only have to do it by memory.

-The beginning of 2014 started with me not going out the night before on New Years Eve as I was finishing up the Game of Thrones books.  I left my parents house on bad terms and had no money on me to go out.

-As all Januarys in the past, this past January was just an introductory month to get me settled into the year.

-There was a possibility in January that old was going to become new again after meeting up with Chris Ace and Evan again, only to find out that only occurred in January.  However, the Keynote speech event could have created a major turning point to shape the year.

-The decline of Stylelife continued coming off of last year with the douchebaggary of Cory The Contender and me losing interest in routine-based pickup.

-February is where the major turning point of the year and the rest of my life took place when I decided to read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, fueled by me being fed up with being broke all the time.  This would later lead to me reading more books from Robert Kiyosaki to learn about the truths and myths of wealth-building.

-I get back into online dating and go out with a superchick, one who turned out to be taller than me, that ended in a makeout.

-After a year, I finally made the commitment to rejoin Crossfit and experience the most difficult set of workouts yet while working out alongside the best of the best.

-I go on my first ever pickup bootcamp with Stylelife down in Miami, which introduced new ideas to me in the world of seduction as well as introduced me to some new guys.

-My dog Scully passes away at almost 14 years.

-The ultimate introduction took place in early April where I became interested in network marketing as a result of reading Robert Kiyosaki's Cashflow Quadrant and learning how to build a business in the B quadrant (big business).  Network marketing was the most viable suggestion, and I put it out to the universe that I was interested in joining one.  It wasn't long until I met my sponsor Fay, who introduced me to a Japanese wellness company named Nikken that I've been hooked to ever since.

-Things really kicked off with Nikken when I attended my first event in Orlando in May, meeting key leaders and getting inspired.  This is also when I first used AirBnB.

-Started getting massages and chest waxes.  The massages I still get to this day.

-The Nikken event was followed by the first Humans Being More event I've ever attended, which was up in Panama City.  It was a transformational Landmark-type event where I met my swimbuddy Reikia.

-Wolf enthusiasm begins

-I learn that network marketing is going to be a lot tougher than I thought as I juggle between learning to sell and my own work schedule that has been keeping me busy every day.  It became an uphill battle that nearly washed me out as soon as I faced busy season.

-Advent of the Superchick of run club, who would later reveal her friend the Ultrachick - very high-end women who raise the stakes.

-Start T25 program

-First time traveling out of Florida in two years and first time traveling to Los Angeles/Hollywood ever, this was the keystone event of the middle of the year.  I meet Emjay, the awesome girl from AirBnB I stayed with and also met everyone I interacted with at Stylelife in the past year including Neil Strauss himself.  Little did I know however that this would be the last great Stylelife event I would partake in.  It was my graduation ceremony, and I passed the exam without much trouble.  Unfortunately, it was after this graduation that things would go downhill with Stylelife if this was the peak.

-Meet Rob Stark (Richard Madden) and Oberyn Martell (Pedro Pascal) at this year's comic con, and saw some other famous people there such as Rocky and Tanya from Power Rangers, and Gimli from Lord of the Rings.

-First AirBnB client Keith stays in my apartment for a month.

-The first time I not only see a grey wolf but get to interact with one took place in August when I went down to Shy Wolf Sanctuary in Naples, where I still volunteer today.

-The Demise of Stylelife finally started to show as soon as I got fed up with more of the senior members and publically outspoke against canned routines.  Things would only go downhill from here.

-Took a heavy interest in RSD as I met up with AF Jason and borrowed his RSD material before he had to ship off to Belgium, chief among them being The Physical Game book by Ozzie.  This brought my seduction skills up a notch, but there's still a lot of work to be done.

-After losing huge momentum, I gained more back better than ever when I attended the Nikken field event in San Antonio, TX.  It was my first time also visiting TX outside the airport, and it gave me a chance to see the Alamo as well as the missions.  It became a turning point in making me committed to the business once again.

-Attend first RSD events in Miami, those being the Free Tour and Hot Seat with Alex from Australia.  This gave me a springboard for the coming week.

-Coming off the hot seat made things easier in the following week, ultimately leading to the unexpected makeout with The Superchick from run club.

-Stylelife rears it's ugly head as it condemns me and RSD for hearsay.

-War on wolf hunters continues

-2nd Humans Being More Training in Sarasota.

-Visited Seacrest Wolf Preserve up in Chipley, FL.

-The year comes to a huge slowdown at the end with only education and no physical activity.

So that's 2014 in a nutshell.  I didn't really talk about things happening at work or anything like that.  Plus I really want to look forward moreso than backward.  What will happen in 2015?  Other than me turning 30, here are some things to look forward to:

2015 will be the year I achieve financial freedom.  It will be the year I ultimately build my business.

2015 will be the year my seduction skills will improve dramatically

2015 will be the year I will get more involved with wolves

2015 will be the year I stay in great shape

No more scratching for money, no more taking more than giving, no more being a beggar instead of a chooser.  2015 will be the year things turn around for the better!
